Through personally conducted interviews, we create long and shortlists and finally present the most suitable candidates.

Before we begin the search, it is essential to create the requirement profile together with the client. It is important to develop a deep understanding of the company's culture, vision, and goals. Only in this way can we grasp the DNA of the company and compare it with potential candidates.

The search process usually takes 12 weeks until the contract is signed. Onboarding takes between 3 and 12 months.
